Technical Consultation & Troubleshooting Services
With over 20 years of experience in astronomical instrumentation and software development, our team provides expert technical consultation for amateur astronomers and professional observatories.
Important Disclaimer
While our team has extensive experience and technical expertise, successful resolution of issues cannot be guaranteed within a single consultation session. Complex technical problems may require additional investigation, multiple sessions, or may involve underlying issues beyond the scope of remote consultation. We commit to providing our best effort and expertise during each session, but particularly challenging issues may require extended troubleshooting time or may not be fully resolvable through remote consultation alone. If we anticipate that additional time will be needed, we will inform you during the initial consultation.
